Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, fully automated factory. The role offers days and nights shifts and a salary of £45,000, with strong opportunities to develop technically and potentially progress into management.

You will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance across a range of automated production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on fully automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding to diagnose issues and maximise uptime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
