Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

£40,000 - £44,000 (OTE £50K) + Training + Progression + Excellent Overtime Rates + Private Medical Insurance

Location: Exeter

Are you a multi-skilled engineer from a manufacturing background, looking for a stable, site-based role within an award-winning company that values its employees with private medical insurance from day 1?

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring plant maintenance is held to a high standard through planned and reactive maintenance, with good housekeeping and a quality-first attitude.
2. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
3. Maintaining equipment, completing PPM, and reactive maintenance.
4. Monitoring production lines to ensure targets are met.
5. Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
