Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a well-established manufacturing business in the UK. The role focuses on keeping production lines running, performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance on automation equipment to minimise downtime.
You will work a strict two-shift pattern with 6:30am-4:30pm and 10:00am-7:00pm shifts (42 hours per week), with overtime available at 1/4. A 1-in-3 call-out rota applies.

In this role you will be responsible for keeping production lines operational, with the overall maintenance of automation machinery. This will involve both mechanical and electrical maintenance on motors, gearboxes, conveyors and baggers in a 2-shift rotation. There is a call out rota 1 in 3 weeks.
