Job summary
Kingspan Insulation Pembridge site is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead planned preventative maintenance and address quality issues. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, apply lean improvement ideas, and ensure safe, reliable operation of plant and equipment on a Panama shift pattern.
You will hand over 15 minutes before shifts, complete timely reporting and RCA when required, and collaborate to minimise downtime.
Qualifications
- Apprentice trained with City & Guilds/NVQ in engineering.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Fault diagnosis of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with planned and predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Focusses on planned preventative maintenance and quality issues using diagnostic skills to identify and rectify problems.
- Complete handover approximately 15 minutes before the start of a shift.
- Work to minimise line downtime and maximise equipment productivity.
- Complete reporting timely and effectively; conduct RCA when needed.
