Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Industrial) for a busy Inverness site. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on belts, conveyors, pumps, motors and gearboxes, with ongoing training provided to broaden your technical horizons.

The position operates on a rotating 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am shift pattern, averaging 42 hours per week and 7 days in every 14, including weekends. A competitive package and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors and motors.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a technically challenging and varied role, with ongoing training and development on a broad range of cutting‑edge machinery?

Are you looking for the flexibility that shift work brings, working only half the year whilst being rewarded with an excellent overall package?

In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance within a busy materials processing site, on belts, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulics for example, with ongoing training given.
