Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a workshop in the Moreton-in-Marsh area. You will focus on preventive maintenance and project work, enjoying a four-day week and a long weekend.

The role offers £40,000–£47,000, PLC training, career progression, 33 days of holiday, no call outs and private sick pay. Shifts are Mon-Wed 6-6 and Thu 6-3, with alternating days and nights.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge required.
• Experience as Electrical, Service or Maintenance Engineer preferred.
• Willingness to learn PLC training and progress technically.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of production machinery focusing on PPM and project work.
• Shift based scheduling: Mon-Wed 6-6, Thu 6-3 (one week days, one week nights).
• Participate in continuous improvement and PLC training.
