Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FOOD MANUFACTURING SECTOR – up to £52K pa DOE

Day Shift: 6am - 6pm
Night Shift: 6pm - 6am
Shift patterns are a mixture of 2's and 3's, including days and nights.

We’re working with a fast-growing Food Manufacturer in Peterborough who is expanding their engineering team. Due to growth, they’re looking for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support their shift operations.

If you're hands-on, proactive, and love solving technical challenges, this could be the perfect move.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
2. Quick fault-finding and repairs to minimise downtime.
3. General site and facilities maintenance.
4. Logging work via CMMS system.
5. Working a 2’s and 3’s shift pattern (including day and night shifts).

What you’ll need:

• Must have working experience as a maintenance engineer within Food Manufacturing.
• Ability to fault-find and repair in your area of specialism.
• A self-motivated approach and confidence working independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts and travel locally if required.
• Full UK driving license and own transport.
