Job summary
Pertemps Redditch Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Redditch site to maintain and improve our light manufacturing machinery, with a focus on food/pharma equipment. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, some weekend on-call at premium rate.

Qualifications
- Experience maintaining light manufacturing machinery (food/pharma preferred)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting proficiency
- PLC fault-finding experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions
- Willingness for occasional weekend on-call at premium rate
- Good team player
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of machinery
- Organise maintenance schedules
- Develop instruction manuals and provide reports on work carried out
- Ensure equipment records are kept up to date
- Stock check and ordering of consumables for maintenance
- Liaise with production and manufacturing teams to minimise disruption
