Job summary

Linkster Recruitment Ltd. has a Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Lichfield for a Multi Skilled engineer to maintain production lines in an FMCG environment.

The role offers 3 on/3 off shifts (days and nights) from 05:00-17:00 and 17:00-05:00 with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, experience with food production machinery, and a proactive approach to keeping line output high.

Qualifications

• General manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Experience with conveyer belts and injection plastics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactionary maintenance on production line machines.
• Ensure food production and packing lines run smoothly to maintain line efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports for management and handovers with other engineers.
