Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a long-established manufacturing site in South Lanarkshire. The role operates a rotating shift pattern (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and is commutable from Glasgow and surrounding areas.

You will perform preventative maintenance, electrical fault finding and support PLC fault resolution within an investment-driven site.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship in electrical maintenance.
• Experience maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience fault-finding on PLC systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Electrical fault finding and PLC fault resolution.
• General electrical / mechanical maintenance of buildings and facilities.
• Work with process engineering and quality teams.
• Support colleagues with project work.
