Job summary

MDE Consultants Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) for a site-based role serving Shrewsbury and nearby areas. The role offers a £40,000–£45,000 salary, dayshift hours and a strong focus on training and skill development.

You will work Monday to Friday, typically 8am–5pm (7am–4pm on Fridays), with no out-of-hours call-outs and excellent work-life balance. The company is family-run with long-standing service and a close-knit team of engineers.

Site Based, Commutable from Telford, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Newport, Highley, Kidderminster, Minsterley and surrounding areas

• 20 employees with a small specialist team of 4 engineers
