You will troubleshoot, improve systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve quality, and ensure safe operation; salary is £50,000 plus company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and improving a wide range of factory equipment.
• Ability to support continuous improvement to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
• Ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
• Work on a variety of standard factory machinery including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production equipment
• Maintain and repair systems involving electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
• Assist production teams with machine setups, fault finding, and provide training where needed
