Job summary

Budweiser Brewing Group is hiring an Electrical Engineer for our Samlesbury site. You’ll maintain and optimise brewing and packaging equipment, troubleshoot automated systems and drive improvements that raise production efficiency.

The role involves working with fast packaging lines, brewing systems, refrigeration plants, compressors and boilers within a leading manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) required.
• Proven experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on automated systems.
• Experience with inverters (Danfoss) & instrumentation – flowmeters, pressure transducers, level pads & probes (E&H, IFM).
• Safety-conscious mindset with systematic problem-solving approach.
• Understanding of electrical isolation procedures and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise cutting-edge brewing and packaging equipment across site.
• Troubleshoot automated machinery, perform preventative maintenance.
• Drive improvements that increase production efficiency.
• Work across fast packaging lines, world-class brewing systems, refrigeration, compressors and boilers.
