Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance across production machinery, fault finding, breakdown repairs, and executing PPM to keep equipment safe and efficient.

You will also participate in continuous improvement and machinery upgrades to reduce downtime. The position offers days and nights shifts with a strong emphasis on health & safety, teamwork, and long-term career development within a

Competenze

• Must have manufacturing or production background.
• Good mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Engineering qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of health & safety policies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals.
