Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced FMCG site in Alfreton, Derbyshire. You will perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs across production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

This days-based role offers a £40,000 salary, with a stable work pattern and the opportunity to develop technical skills and improve machinery reliability in a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining equipment in industrial manufacturing.
• Fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Qualified engineer or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Perform reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Support reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
