Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team in Leamington Spa. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and a salary up to £50k, with long-term stability and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing, working with hydraulics and large machinery, and a proven ability to operate safely at heights.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely at heights in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems on-site across processing equipment.
• Diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with operations to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Shift: 4 on 4 off.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal maintenance engineer will have a proven track record in electrical maintenance with extensive experience within industrial manufacturing/processing. The client are requiring a skilled maintenance electrician due to major expansion of the site as they have recently secured some very large long term contracts.
