If you are looking for a job with variety, working with a genuinely great group of people, then this is the one for you. If I was peronally looking for a Maintenance Engineer role in Wadebridge, Cornwall then this is the one that I would go for.
No two days are alike, and the tasks and work that you will get involved in are different everyday. The Maintenance Team consists of 2 people, so being able to be flexible and work closely with a colleague is paramount
Much of the production machinery is bespoke, and being honest is getting on a bit in years. Spare parts and replacements are often not available and have to be made in house. The equipment is however very well maintained and breakdowns are uncommon. Most of the work is focused on preventative maintenance.
