About the role:

We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at one of JCB’s newest facilities. You might be an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, or both. Whatever your specialty, you’ll keep our machinery working day and night in a role that’s essential to our organization.

What does this role involve day to day?

1. Working varied shift patterns, you’ll problem solve, troubleshoot, and drive improvement in live environments, working with machine tools, conveyors, welding robots, etc.
2. You’ll learn to fix highly specialized machinery, which is crucial to our team and to keep our operation running smoothly.

This will be suited to you if

1. You have experience in a live maintenance environment.
2. You have completed an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship and are qualified at HNC level in your discipline or have equivalent experience.
3. You have a good understanding of fundamentals like reactive and proactive maintenance and work schedules; our training will teach you the specifics of our machinery.
