Job summary

A large multi-site industrial manufacturing company in Flintshire is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team on days shift. You will perform electrical maintenance on fully automated factory equipment and support continuous improvement projects.

The role offers a strong training and development programme, exposure to PLC fault finding, and clear progression opportunities. Salary £45,000 plus benefits including pension, life insurance and gym access.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias multi-skilled maintenance experience within industrial manufacturing.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
• Experience with PLC fault finding and working on PLCs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on industrial machinery in a fully automated factory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and training programs for engineers.
• Work as part of a maintenance team to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - DAYS

Salary: £45,000

Location: Northop, Flintshire

A large multi-site industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team at their fully automated factory in Flintshire. The maintenance engineer will be working on industrial sized mahcnery and will also have the chance to be involved in a range of continuous improvement projects. The successful maintenance engineer will have exposure to an excellent personalised training and development programme, and there are progression opportunities available if this is desired. The maintenance engineer will be carrying out electrical maintenance as part of a team, and will have the opportunity to really develop their skill set. This is an opportunity not to be missed by any aspiring maintenance engineer.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical Bias Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Electrical Installation Qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds)
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC’s, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
