Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a maintenance engineer for our Tamworth distribution centre. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on automation equipment including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, inverters and motors.

Maintenance Engineer

£46,500

Tamworth, Staffordshire

Sun - Thurs - 40 Hours a week (1X Night shift, 4X Days/Mid Shift)

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our long-standing team of 9 engineers at our flagship UK distribution centre in Tamworth!

The vast majority of our team have been with us for at least 8 years, with some of the team being here for their entire career - we offer long term career stability and progression working for a globally recognised brand.

Day to day your responsibilities would be planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of automation distribution machinery such as belt and roller conveyors, sortation machinery, scanners, inverters, motors and more.

The Successful Engineer

• Candidate must hold some form of electrical paperwork (City and Guilds, NVQ etc, apprenticeship etc)
