FCC Environment in Nottingham is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead the day-to-day electrical maintenance of our Eastcroft Energy from Waste Facility. You will plan activities, supervise a maintenance team and coordinate outages to maximise reliability and performance while ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires an NVQ Electrical apprenticeship, City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2, and substantial experience with 11kV systems, SCADA and PLCs, plus a track record of supervising power plant
Salary: £60,095 - £66,369 (plus benefits)
Hours: 38 hours per week
Location: Eastcroft Energy from Waste Facility, Nottingham, NG2 3JH
As a Maintenance Engineer at FCC Environment, you will manage, supervise, plan and coordinate the day-to-day electrical system works. You will help to maximise plant reliability, flexibility, availability and overall performance while maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
You will also support site improvement projects, manage maintenance support agreements, play a key role in outage planning and provide cover for the Maintenance Manager when required.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.
