Our client is a leading company within the food industry, renowned for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to organizational restructuring and growth, they are seeking several aspirational Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to join their expanding team.

Shifts & Benefits Package:

• Shift: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour days and nights rota
• Salary: £51,806
• Benefits: Private Pension, Life Assurance, 5% bonus, £5,000 signing bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line maintenance support to the shift operations team
• Maintain machinery to ensure optimal output efficiency
• Dismantle and reassemble all production equipment
• Perform electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance
• Conduct regular PPM, scheduled maintenance, and improvement works

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (electrical & mechanical)
• Proven track record in electrical fault finding; knowledge of PLCs is advantageous
• Experience working in a Food/FMCG manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement mentality
• Recognized apprenticeship to ONC/HNC level
