Pioneer Selection Ltd in Wigston, Leicester is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a respected industrial manufacturing group known for quality and reliability.

You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement across site machinery; shift pattern LEN Shift with days, afternoons and nights.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems across site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on production equipment.
