Stirling Warrington in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is seeking a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical bias) to join a family-run business manufacturing high-end consumer products. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance on CNC drilling machines, automated bandsaws, presses, shrink wrappers and conveyors, with Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 maintenance qualification and CNC experience, with overtime opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be multi-skilled with mechanical or electrical bias.
• CNC experience beneficial.
• Ability to fault-find and read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Level 3 maintenance qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and planned maintenance on CNC drilling machines, automated bandsaws, presses, shrink wrappers, and conveyors.
• Work with Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.
• Operate in a small team of engineers in a family-run environment.

Maintenance Engineer

Double Days (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm)

We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our family run business based in Hinckley. We are a well-established business in the local area manufacturing high end consumer products.

We have made £3m worth of investments in brand new machinery including a brand new revamp to our workshop area. We are a small team of 3 engineers, with lots of long standing employees amongst the maintenance team.

Day to day responsibilities would be reactive and planned maintenance on CNC Drilling machines, Automated Bandsaws, Presses, Shrink Wrappers, and Conveyors. Our process is a mix of manual and automated processes running mainly on Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley control systems.

The Successful Engineer

• Multi Skilled is essential for this role, must be roughly 60:40/70:30 Mechanical or Electrical bias
• CNC experience highly beneficial
• Ability to fault find and read both electrical and mechanical schematics is essential
• Level 3 qualification in maintenance as a minimum (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC/D)
