Job Overview

We are a fast‑paced, expanding producer seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team. In this role you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to keep machinery operating efficiently and reliably. You will also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background.
• Engineering qualification.

• Strong mechanical or electrical skills.
• Fault‑finding experience.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience working with pneumatics systems.
• Experience with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, and hydraulics.
• Experience working within a production environment.
• Can‑do attitude, drive, and proactive mindset.
