Job summary

Tech-People are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Plumber for a short-term contract at Bethlem Hospital. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance in a live hospital environment, with on-site parking and standard hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

A clear Basic DBS check is essential, and candidates must bring their own tools and work independently.

Maintenance Engineer - Bethlem Hospital, £220 per Day, Basic DBS, start asap

Tech-People are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance engineer/plumber for min 3 months assignment at Bethlem Hospital.

Location: Bethlem Hospital

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Rate: £220 per day, must be paid umbrella paye, no cis or ltd payment (£23.70 ph paye, £27.50 umbrella paye)

Parking: Free on-site parkingThe successful Engineer will be carrying out maintenance works within a hospital environment and must have previous maintenance experience.

Duties will include:

• PPM's
• Reactive maintenance

FlushingRequirements:

• Valid, in-date, clear Basic DBS check (essential) or able to apply for it
• Recognised plumbing or mechanical qualification ideally
• Previous maintenance experience
• Own tools
• Full PPE
• Ability to work independently in a live hospital environment
