Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a part-time role in Gillingham. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical equipment to keep facilities safe, reliable and operational.

Working 3 days per week, 6:00am–2:00pm with some flexibility, you will diagnose faults, maintain machinery, and keep accurate records while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.

Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Part Time

Location: Gillingham

Hours: 3 days per week (6:00am - 2:00pm, with some flexibility)

Employment Type: Part-time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Gillingham on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance engineer looking for a flexible part-time role within a busy working environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, helping to ensure our machinery, systems and facilities remain safe, reliable and operational.

The hours of work are 6.00am - 2.00pm, however there can be some flexibility with this.
