Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for their Coalville site. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery to maximise uptime.

The ideal candidate will have multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial context, a Level 3 Engineering qualification and hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced plant.

Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £56,000 + Overtime (£1,000-£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location: Coalville
Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 Engineering Qualification
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
