Job summary

Probe UK Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our established shift maintenance team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across our plant within a well-supported facility.

The role offers a starting salary of c£54,000, with paid overtime at premium rates, an outstanding pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, free onsite parking and ongoing training and career development. Right to live and work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold formal mechanical qualifications to HNC level or equivalent.
• Apprentice trained is preferred.
• Proven experience supporting plant and equipment in an engineering/manufacturing environment with heavy hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant.

Duties of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

As an mechanical maintenance engineer you'll be working within an experienced and established team of maintenance professionals undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant.

Requirements of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you must hold formal mechanical qualifications to an HNC level as a minimum (and ideally be apprentice trained) with proven experience of supporting plant and equipment within an engineering, manufacturing or production environment that has seen you support heavy hydraulics and pneumatics applications within a robust manufacturing environment.

Easily commutable from Llandarcy, Llanelli, Morriston, Pontarddulais, Port Talbot & Swansea
