Job Title – Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Job Location – Mid Ulster

Salary – £35K - £38K BOE

About the Company:

A successful Manufacturing company are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual who will work well under pressure and become a part of the Maintenance and Operational team.

The individual will have the ability to perform both Mechanical and Electrical duties in regards to reactive and preventative maintenance.

Duties
  • Responsible for preforming maintenance and repairs on company equipment.
  • Resolving any issues and reporting any defects or concerns which could potentially cause future problems.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
  • Undertake basic mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs of all faulty production’s equipment.
  • Respond to and carry out reactive maintenance tasks in an efficient and effective manner, minimising the disruption to the business.
  • Ensure any defects or issues are logged.
  • Ensure you maintain a clean and safe environment which is compliant with relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any other Maintenance duties that is required and confirmed with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years’ experience or equivalent within Maintenance Manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic repairs.
  • Experience within Electrical fault finding desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team setting.
  • Determination to get tasks done.
  • Hands on in approach to work.
