  • Debug machines and ensure incident follow-ups are properly documented.

Job Title – Maintenance Fitter (Weekend Shift)
Job Location – County Fermanagh

About the Company:

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter for a client company who are based in Enniskillen in County Fermanagh that are widely recognised for their manufacturing operations of Energy across Ireland and the UK that are currently looking for an ideal candidate to work for them.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience working within a plant industry in a maintenance role.

You will assist in the problem‑solving activities with the technical equipment; help provide support to all maintenance teams and report to the Maintenance Manager. This is a day role Thursday through to Sunday.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and also the Maintenance Manager on a day-to-day basis of any information or questions that may arise.
  • Working within a team environment to problem solve and provide any support that may be required to the maintenance team.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture by sustaining good housekeeping standards and wearing correct PPE.
  • Complete all risk assessments and document all relevant information.
  • Ability to carry out all mechanical maintenance issues within all areas.
  • To use all equipment correctly and appropriately in order to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Debug assemblies and machines by identifying and correcting problems affecting proper operation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals and help with reaching team targets.
  • Make sure that incident follow-ups are resolved and documented.
Criteria:
  • Educated or equivalent with 4+ years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance, breakdown, repair and plant industry.
  • Project works and PPM’s.
  • Understanding of addressing technical issues and resolving them.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Verbal & Non‑Verbal communication.
