Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Dudley

For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering;

• Salary of up to £38,000 per annum D.O.E
• Working on days, Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm, optional Saturdays - paid at time and half. Will be required to work afternoon shift one week per month (12 noon - 10pm).

The Role of the Maintenance Engineer;

• Maintain all production equipment to provide optimum functionality
• Urgently attend breakdowns and diagnose and repair equipment using the appropriate test equipment and tools.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed on time in full.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on various machinery such as steel slitting machines and steel de-coiling machines.
• Involvement in design and development of new machinery installations.
• Keep all relevant paperwork up to date

• Experience working from technical drawings - ESSENTIAL
• Experience working with slitting/decoiling machinery and plate lines - ESSENTIAL
• Welding and fabrication experience - ADVANTAGEOUS
