About the Team:

Work within a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers to maximize machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime. The department handles maintenance for plant equipment and site operations, including preventative and reactive maintenance on CNC machines, assembly processes, and robotics. The role involves a double-day shift pattern, with the site operating 24/7 including a permanent night shift.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Engineer:

• Responding to breakdowns with extensive fault finding (electrical and mechanical).
• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on CNC machinery and assembly equipment.
• Supporting maintenance and factory-based improvement projects.
• Completing service reports and updating internal systems via our CMMS system.

Your Profile as Maintenance Engineer:

• Time-served apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics discipline; ideally with a HNC qualification.
• Preferably electrically biased but capable of working in both electrical and mechanical fields.
• IT skills required: MS Office, email; experience with CMMS (preferably SAP).
• PLC experience is advantageous.
• Robotics experience, especially with Kuka robots, is a plus.
• Ability to embrace challenges and work collaboratively in a team based on openness and mutual respect.
• Ability to engage and motivate others.
