Job description

Purpose:

The Maintenance Engineer will be required to work as part of a team on a shift pattern to provide maintenance support to manufacturing. This will include the implementation and management and sustainment of continuous improvement activities to ensure we produce a world class product which exceeds our customer requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Complies at all times to Company SHE directives
• Responsibility for the maintaining of machines, equipment and services for UPA.
• Assisting with the implementation of the TPM programme.
• Responding to machine breakdowns.
• Improving equipment uptime throughout the factory.
• Support and involvement in improvement initiatives e.g. SUBO, OCC
• Support the installation of equipment and services as applicable, and appropriate
• Communicate faults, findings, and rectification to Production and Function Leaders
