The Maintenance Engineer position is with a market-leading manufacturing firm based in the Bedworth area of Coventry. The role offers excellent opportunities for training and career development. The company has significant CAPEX and investment budgets. It offers a 10% production bonus, overtime at 1.5x and 2x, making this a highly attractive position with a circa £57,000 OTE.

Location: Bedworth/Coventry

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support, and repairs to ensure production targets are met – maintaining factory manufacturing machinery
• Monitoring & supplying engineering support for machine set-up & changeovers to ensure quality standards are maintained and changeovers are efficient.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above – Mechanical or Electrical
• High degree of Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to fault find, repair, and provide solutions to problems
• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer or relevant qualifications

This position may suit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Electrician, or Multi-skilled Engineer.
