Maintenance Engineer

St Austell, commutable from Bodmin, Liskeard, Par, Truro, Newquay, and surrounding sites

Salary: £42,500 - £45,500 + OTE £45,200 - £48,500 + Shift Pattern (Days & Nights, 38.5 hrs/week) + Optional Overtime + Company Pension + Holiday + Benefits

Role: Working a rotating Days and Nights shift, performing planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on manufacturing machinery. You will be part of a growing engineering team and supported in developing your skills.

Candidates from ex-forces backgrounds with an Engineering Level 3 qualification are encouraged to apply and will receive training.

The Role

The Person

• Plant Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Electrical Engineer or similar backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Must hold a Level 3 qualification (C&G, NVQ, HND, HNC, ONC, or equivalent)
• Experience with fixed plant machinery, JCBS, processing machinery, or similar
• Mechanical maintenance skills (hydraulics, pneumatics, welding)
• Electrical knowledge (3-phase motors, LV, fault finding)
• Ex-Armed Forces, Offshore, or Marine backgrounds are encouraged to apply
