Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Bridgwater to join a leading manufacturing site. The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts (days/nights) and opportunities for long-term career progression within a first-class environment.

The candidate should be multi-skilled with an electrical bias, have manufacturing experience, and hold an ONC/HNC apprenticeship. Lean and continuous improvement mindset is desired.

Qualifications

• Multi skilled background with ideally an electrical bias.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality.
• Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team.
• Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency.
• Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment.
• Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance.
• Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works.
