Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a strong team player with a high regard for health, safety, and poultry welfare to maintain on a daily basis the hatcheries machinery and associated plant and ancillary equipment related to the establishment process, such as setting and hatching machines & ventilation, and to carry out ongoing improvement projects.
This is a hands-on role and involves manual processes including lifting equipment weighing around 25kgs. You will also be required to work independently in farm buildings.

Working Hours:
Week 1 to 3: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:30 (75 minutes daily total unpaid break)
Week 4: 4 days, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:30 (75 minutes daily total unpaid break per day)
Saturday: 06:00 to 15:30 (75 minutes daily total unpaid break)
Callouts within rota to be agreed with management (currently 1 in 8 weeks), paid at £25 per call out plus hours worked at time and a half.
