Pioneer Selection Ltd in Aberystwyth is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain a fully automated production line, troubleshoot faults, and perform preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role is dayshift (Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) with occasional night cover in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, offering opportunities to progress into senior or management positions.

Qualifications

Salary: £52,000

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within a fast‑paced factory environment.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within UK manufacturing.
• Exposure to automated production environments.
