Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site near Reading. The role is Monday to Friday on a single-site contract, with responsibilities spanning PPMs, reactive work, and on-site supervision of CAFM/Concept systems.

The ideal candidate should be fully electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required), hold the 18th edition, and have experience working in occupied offices.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks on site.
• Familiar with industry best practices and site compliance.
• Experience working in occupied offices or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site
• Ensure work aligns with task schedules and best practices
• Maintain and supervise site CAFM and Concept systems
• Manage the site logbook and related paperwork
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure contractual compliance
• Be available for out-of-hours callouts as needed
