Job Type: Ongoing Contract
Shifts: Day Shifts - 10 hours (6 am - 4 pm), 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off
***£250 Per Day LTD (Outside IR35)***

We are looking for a handy individual with electrical experience to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Operative, your duties will include:

• Fixing anything within the depot, including light fixtures and general maintenance.
• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on assets within the office.
• Utilizing electrical expertise to address specific issues and ensure the facility's electrical systems are in good working order.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman with electrical expertise.
• Ability to handle various maintenance tasks, including light fixtures and general upkeep.
• Competence in preventative and reactive maintenance procedures.
• Electrical qualifications or relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Shifts and Working Hours:

• Day shifts from 6 am to 4 pm.
• Rotating schedule: 4 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off.
