We are seeking an experienced electrician to carry out essential day-to-day electrical work, including installation, troubleshooting, fault analysis, breakdown repair, and regular maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation, serviceability, and compliance of electrical systems, plant, equipment, and critical building components. Your work will help maintain a safe and compliant environment for all site personnel, contractors, and visitors. In this role, you will handle electrical system installations, ensuring proper setup and integration with existing infrastructure, along with ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs. You’ll ensure all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with Heidelberg Materials' policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and capable of working well under pressure. You should also have the ability to lead and inspire your colleagues when necessary.

AM2 Current Edition and Amendments of the IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2018 + A3 2024 Edition).
Work within the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
C&G 2394-01 (Initial Verification and Certification of Electrical Installations).
C&G 2395-01 (Inspection, Testing, and Certification).
C&G 2396-01 (Design and Verification of Electrical Installations).
Time-served electrician, having completed a recognized apprenticeship and gained relevant qualifications.
Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous but not essential. Applications are welcome from individuals seeking to advance their careers in electrical systems.
Full clean driving license required.
Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 Depending On Experience Plus Overtime
