Job summary

The Estates Department at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join the Estates team in Salford. You will work as an integrated member across a multi-discipline of trades, providing a comprehensive electrical service to wards and departments in a busy hospital environment.

You must hold a Level 2 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent and be prepared for on-call duties outside normal hours as part of the on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Provide electrical services to wards and departments within a multi-disciplinary Estates team.
• Be prepared for on-call duties to attend out-of-hours emergency repairs.

Job description

The Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a Maintenance Electrician to their team of staff. You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades. You must possess a level 2 Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.,

• You will provide a comprehensive electrical service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.

• You will provide emergency recall and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to.
