Job description

Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team, covering multiple commercial and industrial sites across Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding region. This is a great opportunity to work independently with the support of a reputable and well-established facilities management company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across client sites.
2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a range of commercial and industrial equipment and systems.
3. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations.
4. Maintain accurate job records and complete compliance paperwork.
5. Liaise with clients and provide a professional, customer-focused service.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
• Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
