We are seeking an Electrician to join our Building Services team on-site, responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical engineering services within the Healthcare estate, including electrical power, nurse call systems, communication systems, alarms, fire alarm systems, UPS units, electrical distribution, motors, control equipment, portable and fixed equipment, catering equipment, control panels, sockets, lighting, HVAC, pumps, motors, AHUs, and building management systems.
• Performing Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks to a high standard.
• Conducting inspection and testing programs for fixed and portable equipment, ensuring compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations, requesting remedial works or emergency isolations as needed, and issuing completion certificates.
• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical standards, including IEE Regulations and associated codes of practice, and working in accordance with HTM 2020 and The Electrical Safety Code for Low Voltage Systems as a Competent Person (LV) for the Trust.
