HVAC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to take ownership of daily maintenance at our busy Havant head office site. You will work independently, manage contractors, and ensure compliant operations on site.

The role focuses on planned and reactive M&E maintenance with no specialist systems required, offering a long-term opportunity and an established contract.

Maintenance Electrician

Location: Commercial HQ - PO9
Salary: Up to £47,000 for the right candidate
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am–5pm
Site: One-man site

We’re recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance at a busy head office site in Havant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident working independently and enjoys having responsibility for their own site.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for a range of planned and reactive M&E maintenance, with no specialist systems required.

Duties will include:

• Planned and reactive maintenance
• General electrical and mechanical works
• Fault finding and repairs
• Managing contractors on site
• Compliance and health & safety
• RAMS and site documentation
• Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the site

You’ll be supported remotely by the Contract Manager, with additional assistance available from mobile engineers working on nearby contracts when required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable working as a one-man engineer. You’ll need to be confident making decisions, managing contractors and taking ownership of the site.

• Salary up to £47,000 for the right candidate
