Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a team operating on a 4 days on/4 days off pattern with 12 hour shifts from 6am to 6pm. The ideal candidate will be a Fully Qualified Electrician (18th Edition) with experience in reactive maintenance for commercial/industrial properties.

Qualification highlights include City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2, and City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award.

Qualifications

• Time-served Electrician with recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• Experience in reactive maintenance on commercial/industrial properties.
• PASMA and/or IPAF are preferred but not essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical reactive maintenance on commercial/industrial properties.
• Fault finding and fault rectification.
• Complete certification/documents in a timely manner.

About The Role

Working Pattern

4 days on 4 days off . 12 hour shift 6am - 6pm

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team, the ideal candidate would be a Fully Qualified 18 th Edition Electrician with experience in Reactive Electrical Maintenance Works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical reactive maintenance on commercial / industrial properties.
• Carry out fault finding and fault rectification.
• Completing certification / documents in a timely manner.
• Job reporting via company mobile App.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Time-served Electrician
• Experience in reactive maintenance works on commercial properties (essential)
• PASMA (Preferred but not essential)
• IPAF (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Full UK Driving License is desirable

Essential Qualifications:

• A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship such as or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2
• The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18 th Edition)
• Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.

Desirable Qualifications:

• An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations
