Your new company
Our client is a specialist facilities service provider delivering services across the UK. They are hiring a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a team responsible for maintenance services at a portfolio of specialist housing sites (not social housing or care homes) around London & Kent.

Your new role
You will manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities include overseeing budgets, driving efficiencies, and implementing business improvements while maintaining high service standards.

You will have full accountability for operational management, monitoring performance indicators, analyzing trends, and taking corrective actions to improve service delivery. You will create reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a positive working environment where team members are motivated, developed, and empowered. You will manage complex reactive repairs and voids maintenance, engage with customers transparently, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.

You will also undertake training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in maintenance and repair services
• Housing association or housing maintenance experience
• Team supervisory or leadership experience
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving license
