The Maintenance Craftsperson (Higher) Building and Flooring will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, internal and external, building fabric replacement and repair services across Trust sites. The successful candidate will undertake the maintenance and potential re-development of a number of general building fabric elements including but not limited to roofs, masonry, internal partitioning, groundworks, hard landscaping and internal floor finishing and structure while ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, Trust policies and environmental standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Builder who is enthusiastic about maintaining and improving general building fabric elements within a complex healthcare setting, to join the Operational Estates team and contribute toward "making a difference" for our patients, visitors and staff.
