Holman UK is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join our Maintenance Team in Chippenham. This permanent role offers a starting salary around £36,000 per annum with training on site and a hybrid work arrangement after initial in-office training.
Initially, you will travel to Chippenham five days a week for 4–6 months as part of training, then a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, Tue–Thu) is available. You will manage costs, vendor relationships, and customer cases while ensuring high service

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Controller to join our Maintenance Team here at Holman UK. This is a permanent opportunity, and we are looking to pay circa. £36,000 per annum.
Initially, you will need to travel into our Chippenham offices 5 days a week (approximately 4-6 months) as part of our training requirements. You will be eligible for hybrid working following this (3 days per week in the office, Tuesday to Thursday).
